Responsibilities:
⁃ Promote a positive and fun environment for customers and staff alike
⁃ Manage day-to-day operations including weekly inventory, ordering of products, managing labor, training and weekly schedules, and maintaining the cafe’s P&L
⁃ Serve as barista- preparing and serving coffee and specialty beverages
⁃ Train barista staff
⁃ Educate customers on menu, and assist with meal recommendations based on preferences
⁃ Process meal orders
⁃ Responsible for making daily cash deposits to Cafe bank account
⁃ Reliably perform opening and closing duties
⁃ Respond to customer complaints in an efficient and respectful manner
⁃ Ensure Cafe cleanliness and compliance with sanitary and safety regulations Qualifications:
⁃ Friendly, professional and outgoing
⁃ Strong leadership skills
⁃ Highly organized and detail oriented
⁃ Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict
⁃ Knowledge of brewing methods and specialty drinks
⁃ Flexible schedule
